Blazers Unveil Inaugural Season Jersey’s

The Oklahoma City blazers unveiled their inaugural season jersey’s today as the continue to prepare for their first season in the Western States hockey League.

“We wanted to bring it all back,” said head coach and GM Tyler Fleck. “There were several great uniforms from the old pro team that we considered and at the end of the day these were the ones that we chose. I know our old Blazer fans can’t wait to dig out their jersey’s from the past and support this team.”

The Blazers will be wearing a white throwback jersey from the 1992-93 season as their primary road or away uniform with the old school Blazer logo. The predominately  white jersey has black, yellow and red trim with a modernized flaming Blazers logo on the shoulders.

The Blazers will be alternating a pair of dark jersey’s for their home games. From the 2002-03 season, the fire red jersey trimmed in flames will be worn along with the 2008-09 black jersey with the championship gold stripes up the sleeves. The Black jersey boasts a flame on the front and the shield “B” from the modern era Blazers

The WSHL voted unanimously at the league meetings that all home teams shall wear dark for the 2014-15 season.

The Blazers begin their inaugural season as members of the WSHL this fall and host the Dallas Ice Jets in the home opener on October 24th. For Tickets call 405-888-0195 or email info@okcblazershockey.com.
